Posters for Parks

Hand-pulled screen print for the 7th Annual Posters for Parks. The event featured limited-edition posters created by artists who are inspired by Minneapolis parks.

My poster was inspired by two quintessential winter activities: the Lake Harriet kite festival and ice fishing! “A kite is like a fish ‘cause you gotta hold on tight like it’s a wish.”

50% of all sales were donated to the People for Parks Fund.

The event is presented by Minneapolis Parks Foundation and LoveMplsParks.
